Trimbook runs online booking for UK barbershops. This page explains what we hold and why.

If you book a cut

The shop you book with is the controller of your details. We process your name, email, mobile and booking history for them so they can confirm, remind and manage your appointments. Deposits are taken by Stripe; we never see your card number.

Shops may send you a "due a cut" message after a visit. Every one has a link to stop them.

If you run a shop

We hold your account, shop and billing details to provide the service. Payments are handled by Stripe, sign-in by Clerk, data storage by Convex, email by YourMail and texts by Twilio.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, or for it to be corrected or deleted, at hello@trimbook.co.uk. You can also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
