Terms

Trimbook is a monthly subscription for barbershops. Solo is £19 and Shop is £39 a month, VAT included, after a 14-day free trial. Cancel any time from Settings; you keep access until the end of the month you've paid for.

Commission

We take 0% of bookings and deposits. Card payments are processed by Stripe at their standard rates, paid by the shop.

Deposits and cancellations

Each shop sets its own deposit and cancellation window, shown before you book. Cancel inside the window and the deposit is refunded automatically; after it, the shop keeps it. If the shop cancels, you always get your deposit back.
